Your resume and files
You do not need an account or to give us any personal information to use this site. When you paste text into the checker, or choose a PDF or Word file, the text is read and analysed by code running in your own browser tab. The text, the file, the improved version and the PDF, Word or text file you download are made on your device. None of it is sent to our server, and it is gone when you close or refresh the page.
The code that reads PDF files is served from this site itself, not from a third party.
Hosting and technical data
The company that hosts these pages may process standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the approximate time of the request, to deliver and protect the site. We do not use this to identify you, and it does not include anything you paste into the checker.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies of its own and does not store your resume text in your browser between visits. The checker keeps what you enter in the open page only. If you choose light or dark mode with the button in the header, that one choice (the word "light" or "dark") is saved in your browser's local storage on your device, so the page looks the same next time. It is never sent to us.
Analytics, advertising and third parties
We do not sell personal information. The site does not currently use an analytics service, advertising or third-party tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Some pages link to outside sources, and the site may link to an external store for paid templates. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies.
If you email us
If you write to us using the contact page or by email, we receive the email address and message you send. We use them only to read and answer your message. Please do not send your resume or other personal documents in a first message.
Children
This is a general-purpose tool for people applying for jobs. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Because the checker keeps nothing, there is nothing to delete after you close the page. For any privacy question or request about messages you sent us, email contact@atsresumeconverter.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the site or its data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
